You guys should really hire pharmacy staff that has a tiny bit of customer service skills. Rudest human being I’ve ever spoken with. Blatantly rude and disrespectful and to be honest, it made him sound very ignorant. God, I hope he’s not an actual pharmacist. If he is, that’s a whole different can of worms.

Saturday May 9, 2020 we picked up a cake for my daughter’s 3 birthday party. A week earlier I showed them a picture of a Mickey Mouse beach cake after we chat about if they had the theme. The lady when back and found the only one left and saved it to our order. When we picked up the cake and it looked awesome! After 4 days of leftover cake for dessert. It was still fluffy and the icing was still soft. I hate the taste of heavy icing with the dye taste. THIS CAKE didn’t have any of that! We tried another bakeries around town and they cannot be compared with Safeway bakery. Not only are the ladies sweet and awesome. The cakes are awesome. So thank you for everything you do! I have been ordering cakes from Safeway for years but this cake was truly the best I’ve had.

I have never been treated so rudely. I had my little brother with me grabbing some items for super bowl and the lady at self checkout said because he was a minor she couldnt sell ME the beer. Of course he was a minor you idiot. He didnt once even touch the beer OR the shopping cart. She proceeded to yell at me saying its store policy. Will never be coming back here. Whats next? can't buy beer if I have my Kids with me??

Fire Emily Green! She is the worst person! Spreading rumors about people to others while she is on shift! My family and I will never shop there again as long as she is employed there. I may contact my Attorney regarding the Defamation Lawsuit.
