Some guy brought his large dog In the store, off the leash, and let's it jump on people. Female customers are dressed up and havevgo deal with the dogs saliva and hair. The owner laughs, he thinks it's hilarious. His dog should not be allowed in the store, or for that matter any non servive animal. I just turned around and didn't come in. I went to McDonald's then and got my latte and breakfast sandwich.. When I called the store, they didn't want to do anything. Read the pet policy staff! Me and my crew will avoid this store if nothing is done.

I ordered two drinks, one was a venti quad shot wc mocha, she handed me a grande with 1 shot of coffee… then my daughter ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch and it tasted nothing like it normally does. We had to get to the fields or I would have asked for mine to be remade. When she asked me if I wanted an extra shot I said no I want a quad shot. If she was confused she could have asked.

I don't like the new implementation of servers saying "friends" constantly. I don't know you , we aren't friends. If you like ask my name and then we will be on a first name bases. "Friends" is an aweful idea. Wings were awesome and huge!!

Firstly, customer service at this location seems to be satisfactory. My issue involves the quality of the coffee.In short, this location has not been reliable for me. I’ve given them multiple chances and rarely seem to get a drink that I’d say matches Starbucks’ standards. This instance, we ordered two iced shaken espressos, one vanilla and one brown sugar. Mine, the brown sugar, was so intensely sweet, such that when I tasted the vanilla, I could taste no flavor at all. The drink was not salvageable and I had to throw it away. My girlfriend compared the taste of it to tobacco. That particular drink is one I regularly get and I’m familiar with how much syrup flavor typically comes in it. There is at least one other instance where I received a drink that was much sweeter than expected.There is a new Starbucks location right behind the Safeway building this one is located in. I would recommend you just go there if you have the time and if it’s open.
