They need a new toaster oven! They can't toast the bread,they barely make it warm

They can never get a simple order correct. We decided to give them another chance, one of the sandwiches was so simple. Just turkey & ham with mayo, leytuce, tomato, mayo & a little onion. The sandwich came covered in mustard, no mayo, no tomatoes, no lettuce. Is it really that hard? We won't be back.

I am a regular at this subway and today I was just so disappointed. My fiancé ordered a pickup order and I was very excited. The sandwich made me sick. They forgot to toast my sandwich and gave me the wrong cheese and the cheese they gave me was stiff and bitter. It tasted completely expired. I’m pretty upset about it.

I personally love this subway, we are regulars here and we come pretty often! The people who work there are always funny and kind, and sort of expect us when we come around. I love coming here, my roommate gets twice a week subway cravings so that’s what draws us here so often, consistent and good food, and great service! :)

We ate here February 21 in the early evening, and what a disappointment. This location is dirty. It’s clearly managed by a different group than the Riverton location. It’s sad because it’s a nice new building but not kept up. Subway Corporate needs to send a region mgr to get this location fixed.

Ordered a soda at Subway and got carbonated regret. Pretty sure the employee's attitude had more fizz than my drink. If I wanted this level of disappointment, I would've called my ex.

Came in with my daughter earlier today and was very disappointed. A young lady with brown hair helped us and was extremely disrespectful and rude to my daughter and I. And proceeded to make our orders incorrect and refused to fix it after making a mistake.
After sitting down to eat our very disappointing sandwiches I continued to watch as she disrespected all the customers that came in. Customer Service is bad these days SMH. Will not be returning to this location

Inaccurate orders have been a chronic issue at this location since it opened. This is the first time I have actually called and spoke with a manager to see if he was interested in making it right. No refund was given, and there was no effort to resolve the issue. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.
I went through their drive thru tonight 11/17 and the sweet cashier decided to give herself an unauthorized tip on my card. I will be calling to talk to someone about that. However, I wanted to warn people and remind you to check your receipts. Tip culture is getting crazy. ?

I ordered a California club and they gave me a roll with two pieces of turkey with no mention that it wasn’t what I ordered. When I caught it, they said they don’t make those sandwiches anymore even though it was on the board. After I reasked for the sub I ordered, the cashier said they’d do their best to try and make it. I asked for a refund at that point and they threw the voided receipt at me. very disappointed in the service and I still can’t believe they were hoping I’d leave with a roll and 2 pieces of Turkey after paying $10. Do not go here.

Been here a few times but not recently. We ordered through the drive through and no other customers were inside or in the drive through. We waited 10 minutes before the employee came to the window. And we could see inside no one was there or making our food! We were there for a total of 20 mins when it was dead inside. I work In Customer service so I know how it can be but this was just insane to see. Not to mention both of our orders were completely wrong and the spinach and tomatoes were falling apart they were so mushy. Do NOT go to this one make a little bit more of a drive to the other one. And seriously the manager/ owner needs to retrain employees cuz they do not care and they do not want to be there it’s obvious. If you go to this one you’ll wait a very long time and you’re order WILL be wrong after reading all the other recent reviews.
