Don't go to this Subway. The employees have been high the two times I've been there, and messed up my order. Do yourself a favor and go to Jimmy John's across town if you want a sandwich.

Been there twice. First time in person there was 3 people there. 1 was a teenage boy who was trying so hard to work and then two drugged out “adults” who could barely keep their eyes open. The second time was off door dash. Only received part of our order and it was so wrong. Absolutely nasty. They need to get an inspector in there.

We were given a Subway e-gift card from the Red Cross for donating blood. We attempted to use the e-gift card at the Cedar Subway in Helena . They would not honor the card. The store worker tried but he couldn’t get it to work. He called the manager for help. I could hear both sides of that conversation. The manager did not even attempt to help the worker, just flat said, “we won’t take it.” I find this odd as we have used e-gift cards at this same Subway in the past without issue. Now….”we won’t take it” without any other explanation. Someone up the chain of command needs to explain how e-gift cards work to the manager of that store. We will not be returning to the Cedar Street Subway.

I brought a college soccer team with 22 players here. I called ahead to let them know we were coming. They killed it. The subway team members made all of our food quickly and accurately. They were super friendly. I would recommend the spot to anyone. We will be back.

Second time this location hasn't had or order ready! Placed an order via the app and even though it said it was ready for pickup we arrived only to be notified that nothing had been done. Word of advice do not order through the app because your food will not be ready. The app lies! Why offer customers an option for pickup through the app if they just have to order it when arrive anyway? It's ridiculous. After going through some of these negative comments I'm very surprised that my sandwich was actually not bad. Corporate needs to definitely step in and check on this location. No wonder they have to give out free footlongs! Do better Subway

Just wow I’ve managed subway for years… I know for a fact after being treated like I just was there is no way the inspectors would tolerate it and let this store stay open, I ordered door dash, paid got half my food and then told by a manager they weren’t responsible that it’s on door dash to see part of my menu filled, and that I would not be getting a refund or paid back anything so I will go file dispute with my bank David I worked for you as the owner of these stores I demand you do something about this this is absolutely insane to get this kind of customer service after being an employee of this company subway In general for 7 years…. The manager hung up the phone on me as I was trying got explain I’ve managed these stores for years and there is no way this is how this is handled… get better managers what a child I’ve filed a dispute and you can deal with your bank I’m done being ripped off by run of the name businesses… we own multiple store front sales businesses and I would fire an employee immediately for handling this like this manager just did

Started ordering online, last order was late, when I returned to work and opened, food had extra toppings I did not order, no napkins and the bread was wet, I threw it out! I’m done with Subway, I’ll eat paper before I go back there

This was the most disgustingly dirty store I've ever stepped foot in. Food all over the floor, tables and chairs. The door and windows were so smudged with fingerprints I had a hard time wanting to touch the door in order to get out. Watched the one kid handle the money and then without changing his gloves, dove right back in to making sandwiches. The sandwiches were small and after telling a family member of how disgusting and dirty the store was, she threw her sandwich away Needless to say, I will never visit this store again. Whoever owns and operates this business, clearly could care less about instilling confidence that their customers won't end up with food poisoning or worse. Just gross.
