Sadly this is one of my favorite restaurants and a place I frequent. Tonight I took my 81 yr gma to dinner and my son. The waitress i believe her name was Brooke was far from friendly and she seemed like we were a bother. She gave my elderly gma a big slam she couldn't barely lift it. I had to ask other wait staff and casino runner for things because checking on us I guess wasn't in her job description. We waited over 45 min for food, it got to the point I had to ask...
I love their double cheeseburger with bacon, jalapeno and pepper jack! Their broasted chicken is the bomb as well. Best I've had in Helena no joke. This is a must try if you haven't done so already. Highly recommend this joint. The breast and thigh with my burger and jojo's is my go to and the chicken is cooked to perfection. Sooooo juicy! They also serve up some delicious in house ranch. It's so good I always leave with a bottle of it haha
Classic Bar/Restaurant in Helena. Famous for chicken and their "Chalice" or "Slam" draft beers. I was craving a cheeseburger this time, so I went that route,plus some onion rings. Both were great. Staff is cool and responsive, and the central fireplace makes the place feel like a lodge. Will go back soon, maybe tomorrow, actually, for some chicken!
