The order was wrong and missing food. As someone who has managed fast food in the past, it doesn’t matter if it’s the first order of the day, or the last like ours, quality and accuracy are equally important.
I drove off without grabbing part of my order. I called in after I realized and asked if I could come back and grab it. The manager, Kesha was very polite, professional, and told me she'd have it for me. My son got sick and I didn't show up until 2 days later. Kesha remembered me and was very nice even tho I didn't come in when i said would.

Ordered at thr drive thru. 2 for 6 roast beefs cheese sticks jalapeños jamoca shake with 2 sides of cheese. I didn't receive a straw for the shake and although I paid for the 2 cheese sauces I did not receive those either. Normally I would just let this go. But this isn't the first time I didn't receive the cheese sides. The rest of the food seemed fresh and delicious. But when you have to pay for the cheese sides and don't receive them.....
