Part of our order was forgotten, but we had the most amazing customer service when we went in to get it corrected. The worker apologized and had it made to order, plus threw in a free drink and treat, and was the kindest! Food is always great, will be back.
As a manager in the food industry, I wouldn't serve burnt overcooked chicken to my customers. If you can't run a grill, get a new job or ask for more training. The FOOD was discussing, and this was our 1st time and we will not be back.
I ordered on their website and it said it would be 40 minutes to pick up, waited 50 min, then was told at the restaurant it would be 20 to half hour more… there’s no food in Helena this good, hard pass on this failed attempt at “fast food”

The food is incredibly good, amazing, and absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, with loaded bowls that are fresh and cooked perfectly. Specific meals mentioned include the spicy orange chicken regular and spicy chicken teriyaki large, both with great flavor. The veggies are cooked perfectly and fresh, and there is so much extra teriyaki sauce. The restaurant is very clean. One downside is the wait is slower than expected, and it is so darn expensive with a wish for more options for different proteins. The best teriyaki around, with a little Sumo guy that comes with it.
