I am always down to eat at the restaurant. So good! And the butcher shop is incredible. Our 6 month old had his first food last night and it had to be steak from The Union! He loved it!
we had dinner tonight. all 4 dinners were great. service was very good.
Our experience at The Union was top notch. We stopped by on a whim from out of town, the service was exceptional, staff was all very friendly, we immediately felt like old friends. The food was excellent, from the onions to the salads to the desert we took to go, can’t say enough about the whole experience. Truly a gem in Helena, I’ve recommended The Union to everyone I know who might be traveling through Helena!

The Union Restaurant by Old Salt is a Helena gem and a favorite restaurant. It is excellent for a date night or family-friendly dinner. This locally owned restaurant has a focused menu that delivers the best meals. The only oils used are tallow. It is amazing for vegetarians and meat eaters alike, with outstanding vegetarian options. The salads are always great, and the manchego sausage dish is highly recommended. The onion rings are the best, and the steak melted in the mouth. The short ribs and steaks are top notch. The tres leches and chocolate mousse are amazing. The wine and dessert menu do not disappoint. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is super cool on a Friday night.
