A wonderful addition to Helena. Interior design is perfect. Food was great (we got the short ribs, mashed potatoes, and fried onion). Went on a Wednesday with no reservations and had to wait maybe 10 minutes or so (ended up just grabbing seats at the bar). What would make the place better is cocktails.
Amazing!! My favorite part is knowing that we are supporting regenerative agriculture, doing our part for a better environment. A restaurant where we can eat humanely, locally raised animals, and food that is not sprayed with chemicals. I was also pleasantly surprised that they partnered with sunflower bakery which makes the best simple ingredient sourdough, and it is offered on the menu!We ordered a variety off the menu and everything was delicious! Butcher counter is excellent and extremely clean/nice looking. Meats to buy for home are fantastic. Breakfast sandwiches great tasting and great price and good coffee.The dinner we had there was plated beautifully however almost our whole table agreed that their dishes were so salty to the point you could only eat so much before feeling a little dehydrated. I hope they fix this as their meat is so tasty it doesn’t need too much salt! Service staff was still getting the hang...
