My husband and I are in our mid 70's and we drove through Helena Wendy's and ordered 2 meals and asked for an additional small water. The water was forgot so my husband walked to the drive in window because we have large Ford and there was no traffic at window. He requested the water and the manager, Jake, told him there was a policy that directed if staff forgot item it required the customer to walk in for item. He was rude to my aging husband whom has hand tremors and arthritis with glaucoma. My husband was upset with the tone and dismissal of his request and we left. I called back three times and noone answered. Finally, on fourth call I asked for the manager. The manager repeated the same thing to me and I asked why we weren't directed to drive through again and Jake was once again was rude and repeated that driving through again for the water was also against Wendys policy. I asked if staff could bring water out to us and he hung up on me. I called back and another staff answered and I complained that Jake hung up on me. She was nice and apologized. I asked her about the policy and she said it's not a policy and explained the water could have been given to us. The only conclusion we came up with was Jake discriminated against elders. We have always been treated respectfully at Wendy's for over 50 years and thought it was worth the time and effort to report our experience. Respectfully,

It's fast food so you can't expect a lot. But I travel for work and you have to eat this kind of stuff occasionally. But this morning I got breakfast and when I pulled up to the drive-thru window I gave the young lady my credit card. She reached back out, handed me my card and then handed me a slip of paper that at first I assumed was my receipt that I asked for. No. It was a promotional flyer. I tried to hand it back to her and she refused to take it and said she's not allowed to take them back. So basically every single car that drives through the drive-thru is going to be handed a half sheet of paper glossy, so not recyclable, that is going to go straight in the trash can. What a huge waste and detriment to the environment. They have posters in their windows. There is no reason that every car that drives through there has to take a promotional sheet of paper that is going to go directly in the trash can. Absurdity.

I went through the drive thru and asked the employee if they had churro fries, since i saw online Wendy’s started carrying them, and the employee proceeded to scream through the microphone “NO WE DO NOT.” after he screamed a woman took over the microphone. It was incredibly abrasive and scary for my children in the backseat. i was asking an honest question. Will not be returning and i do not recommend
Quick. Foods good and consistent. Staffs friendlier now than a while back.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door (east facing) is a bit tricky. Not real easy for one person in a wheel chair to get in, but the back door (west facing) is easier.
