Just like the chain I'm used to. Good food and if you don't have a frosty key tag you are missing out on free icecream
Constant slow service, the employees seem to have no sense of urgency when packing orders or taking orders at the counter, they’ve gotten my order wrong a number of times, and have tried handing me Frosty’s with ice cream spilling all over the outside multiple times

The restaurant is quick and consistent, with improved friendliness among the staff. The front entrance may be tricky for wheelchair accessibility, but the back door is easier to navigate. Some customers noted that the drive-thru staff, especially during the morning shift, often gets orders correct and is generous with fries. In contrast, the evening shift sometimes struggles with order accuracy, leading customers to park and go inside to fix their food, which can be frustrating. The restaurant is known for fast service and tasty food, including a Frosty that is served properly without melting. Vegetarian options are limited, with baked potato and plain salad being possible choices, although most fast food places have fewer vegetarian options. Parking is abundant in the back, but there are only a few spaces near the entrance, and the one-way road in front makes parking and eating outside difficult for drive-thru customers.
