Went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. Neither of the people at the windows said a SINGLE word to us. Just handed us the receipt and bags and shut the windows. Isn’t part of the food industry good customer service? At the bare minimum tell us to have a good night ?!?

Went to a McD's in Helena recently and they major league short changed me on fries: this Wendy's however, was generous with my fries order today when I went through their drive thru.

Morning shift is the best and always gets my order right. Evening shift never gets it right. Don't know why I use the drive through in the evening, I always have to park and go in to fix my food. How hard is it to make a burger with no cheese and only mustard and ketchup. I just don't understand how.
