We just ordered szechuan chicken, medium spice, as carry out. There is NO flavor on this, no sauce, nothing. It is a box of sautéed chicken and veggies and nothing else. We called to see what they could do and they offered basically no solution. They said they would give us a free dish next time but never took any of our information and didn’t give us any type of code or a name to provide. They didn’t offer to remake this into something edible tonight and they didn’t offer a refund. For nearly $20, they should have made it right.

We had a great experience at this restaurant last evening. The wait staff was fast, friendly and prompt. Our glasses were always full, the food was delicious as expected, and overall the experience exceeded our expectations.. it was nice to be treated with kindness, respect and hospitality. Customer service is on a high level. We will eat here again!

Massive disappointment. I ordered broccoli, chicken and egg foo young to go. They did not have egg foo young so I ordered cashew chicken. Got home And discovered a fried loaf of chicken with almonds all over it.Broccoli chicken has about 10 anemic looking pieces of broccoli in it. The chicken is seriously dry. Mind you I picked this up at noon today when it should be the freshest. It was salty throughout. The fried rice had nothing but rice in it. No little bits of anything.I called to let them know orders were switched. They said no I ordered almond chicken. I’ve never ordered it in my life. I don’t like almonds. I would skip this restaurant. It’s a shame it used to be the best. Chinese in town. This wasn’t an off day. This was completely different.
I have been eating here for years, ordering the same thing every time and have always enjoyed the service. I order my food without any seafood/ fish of any sort every time as I can not eat it. HOWEVER, today I ordered my same meal and I was informed that the sauce I have ordered every time definitely contains oyster sauce. After questioning them about this I was told that I’ve “probably been eating oyster sauce every time.” Luckily not in my case, but what if someone has a life threatening allergy to something and is being lied to about ingredients?? Very upset with this interaction and recommend double checking what’s being put in your food if you choose to eat here.
