The best macaron. Honey lavender is my favourite.Vegetarian options: Macaron are all vegetarian, most are gluten-free; the only one on the menu that wasn't was Circus Animal Cracker (with real animal crackers, which contain gluten)
Best macarons I’ve ever had! I had two at Bias Brewing and stopped dead in my tracks when I saw the bakery’s logo walking down the street—I KNEW I had to go in and get more. I bought one of every flavor available that day, and every single one was SO delicious; just perfect balanced: the rose wasn’t too overpowering yet was delightfully present, the absinthe had no alcoholic taste yet was so absolutely on point I can’t see how there’s any way it’s not in the batter,...read full review

Best flavors around, truly. So divine. No matter what season it is the macarons are beyond delicious. We got a custom birthday cake(s) as pictured below, and they were the hit of the party! Very professional and timely service and the shop is completely ethereal! A must!
