I found a hair in my vegetable bowl when I was in this restaurant yesterday afternoon. Another customer saw what happened and told the staff and they did nothing. I went home and emailed their headquarters and they seemed indifferent. I have eaten at this restaurant when traveling in other states and have always enjoyed it very much. This was so unacceptable on every level and both the staff and headquarters failed to address it. I have no intentions of ever eating here again...read full review
constantly closing early or having the lobby closed. when i order online because the lobby is closed my order is always messed up. sucks this is the only chipotle in the area.
I have taken a friend there fir lunch. no wraps for Burritos.
I go back Two weeks later.... to get 5 Burritos to go for my family. no wraps for Buttitos.BUT this time the gal tells me IF you order on line and pick it up at drive thru you can have Burritos. Ooommmm what the - -? do you have Burritos on the menu, IN STORE . best get better ordering manager. summer is coming and they have not seen busy.
