“This is somewhat of a hidden gem. We've been in town for a week and we've have had three meals here at Freestone. The ease of it being attached to the hotel was nice. At the end of the day we could leisurely walk over for what turned out to be outstanding meals each time. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere matches the Montana feel and vibe. I attached a picture of the ribeye steak that I had last night that can presented and prepared on a salt block. Being from Texas, I've never heard of a salt block prepared steak. It turned out to be one of the best steaks I've ever had, ever. It is forcing me to look into salt blocks to prepare steaks in my future.
