Nobody in my group orders onions, but someone always gets some. Not just as little piece, but inches long.
For someone who doesn't like onions and will have to taste them the rest of the day it sure kills the desire to splurge on an overpriced burger.
Keep those stray onions out of the lettuce bin!

I love everything about 5 Guys! From the over flowing French fries, the fresh, never frozen beef, friendly courteous staff, salted peanuts... Everytime I eat here, I have to cut my burger in half, or I wind up inhaling it and wonder where it went, so fast! So delicious! 12/13/2025 Update: Burger prices have increased, but the quality is still the same. Their 2 burger cheeseburger is still less expensive than a medium sized sub sandwich from the sub shop next door. 5 guys is my choice!

I just overheard that they are grabbing meat from a store instead of their vender. I don’t trust that and I will never eat here ever again. I hope someone gets sick so they learn to never do that again. They should just close for the night if they are low on product instead of endangering customers. Ecoli is no joke. I eat here quite regularly and I just won’t ever trust that they will have their fresh patties again. I sure hope I didn’t eat Walmart beef

Have been here a few times while in Kalispell. Food is always hot and fresh. This time one of our sandwiches came out with incorrect toppings but my family member would not let me get it fixed. They are very generous with the fries. We also enjoy their Freestyle drink dispenser.
