Just finished eating here and was blown away by it all. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated and hopping with guests in the lobby. The staff could be seen cleaning tables from recently departed guests immediately. The condiments were fully stocked. The cashier who took my order was friendly and personable. Was there this last Wednesday and it was the worst service I have had. They are usually very good and love them still but this day they were off. Pickup order was wrong, had to tell them they were missing a sandwich and drink before I left. Also ordered dipping sauces that I paid for and got home and they weren't there. Ugh. I think it was a new person, which I understand, but she asked others for help and still didn't get it correct. It happens, most of the time great service...read full review

A standard stop for us when we pass through. Good food, great waffle fries, and reasonable service (if you go at the wrong time, it can be a bit of a zoo, but that could be viewed as a good thing, I suppose). One of the better fast-food options in the area.
