I discovered Jersey mikes a couple of months ago, and I really enjoyed it, but every time I place a order they always make it wrong. my usual order I ask for no veggies, and they always put veggies on it, even when I order in person I say no veg and they put it on and I have to correct them. I don’t know why it is so difficult to take a simple order. Really need to train the employees better. Side note, the employees are always very polite and respectful.

To begin, I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional staff and remarkable atmosphere at my local Jersey Mike’s location. However, I am deeply disappointed with Jersey Mike’s corporate decisions. I consistently visit my local establishment at least once a week to savor the renowned Mike’s hot honey, but unfortunately, they have discontinued my preferred sandwich. This decision has compelled me to reconsider my weekly visits, as the quality of the remaining sandwiches has diminished in my opinion. I am particularly vexed by Jersey Mike’s decision to discontinue a sandwich that has garnered such a dedicated following. This action is akin to Doritos’s strategy of introducing innovative flavors only to subsequently discontinue them. Consequently, I no longer consume Doritos due to this practice. I would be appalled if Jersey Mike’s were to adopt a similar approach.

Came in half past 11, as a large party of seven, none of us had ever been to a Jersey Mike's before. Staff were very friendly and patient with us. The gentleman who took our order, was all smiles. He mentioned this was an unplanned shift for him, so his service being so good was especially nice. The restaurant was very well staffed and everyone was polite and quick. Our sandwiches were made fast and tasted amazing. Great little location.
Unfortunately I had a very negative experience at Jersey Mikes this morning. I am 7 months pregnant and have been coming in regularly for sandwiches throughout my pregnancy because I can have a veggie option and avoid the cold cute. The sandwiches have been great and the staff as well up until this point. This morning however, the employee who made my sandwich offered his unsolicited negative opinion on how much “having my first kid would suck”. When he asked if it was my first child and I answered yes, he said “I’m sorry” and preceded to tell me how negative of an experience I will have and how much it sucks. I was shocked, upset, and very uncomfortable. While his unasked for comments and projections to a woman expecting her first child were inappropriate and unwelcome at best, saying these things to a customer was unacceptable. I wish I had used my voice more and told him that his opinion was not wanted or appropriate and taken my business elsewhere. I can only move forward so I will be choosing a different sandwich shop in the future.

This Jersey Mike's is always a good choice! There's a guy that's always there when I've been in (I'm assuming he's the manager) and he's always super friendly. You can tell he cares about his job and treats the employees well. They have great customer service and make a great sandwich!! Their cookies are also a very good side option.
