The three guys that worked there tonight Tuesday 5/20/25 were hilarious! They kept the energy light and made me laugh after a long day and were fast and efficient on making those amazing sandwiches!! 100/100 top tier atmosphere and those boys definitely have me coming back for great laughs and even greater food!!!

I have a health condition and chose this place specifically because they advertised they offered gluten free options. When I asked for a gluten free sandwich, the woman working was extremely rude and made a very big deal about having to follow the protocol. The other people in the restaurant were starring and I felt so humiliated. I just wanted to leave. 😢 My sandwich wasn't very good. The bread was dry and crumbly and the flavor bland. Even if the sandwich was good, I won't ever go back to a Jersey Mike's just because of how I was treated by the staff. I am sure other staff aren't like this, but I just felt so sad and awful just don't want to go back.

The ingredients taste fresh and the sandwiches are consistently well-made. The menu provides a good variety of options for different tastes. Furthermore, the pricing is reasonable and represents excellent value. The staff are always friendly, efficient, and provide quick service. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is clean and inviting. I highly recommend this establishment for a quick and tasty meal. I will definitely be returning for another sandwich soon.

The team working on Thursday April 3rd at 2:30pm were so awesome! You can tell they really care about the product they’re putting out and the customers. It was very apparent that they love their job!
With that being said, people of Kalispell please know this - the guy named Thomas that greeted me when I walked in, helped me decide on a sandwich and cashed me out - that guy has one of the best attitudes and people skills I’ve ever seen in all of my years on the road. If you’re looking for possibly one of the greatest employees on this planet you need to hire him!
My apologies to the owner of Jersey Mikes for saying this, but my gosh Thomas is going to be a super successful human being, wherever life takes him! Trust me on this!

First customer in last customer out they waited for other order to come before the started ordered plan sandwiches of menu took way long and there were four of them in there food good though
Everyone is always friendly, seems happy to work there, they always greet you and have conversation with you. All the sandwiches are always delicious. They're in a whole different league than Subway. It's always a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Food is decent but they need better communication. When the employees don't know if they are running any specials for veterans-on-veterans day yet online it says all locations across the country then that is a problem. Get on the same page with all the other locations one way or another so people are not wasting their time.
