We enjoyed our date night at the Mercantile very much! Their reservation system is effective at managing the flow of customers and wait staff did not seem stressed. We have also never experienced a restaurant sending us a request for feedback about our experience asking how they can improve - sent to management. This is amazing and great leadership. 
We have been here many times each time delicious and fun. Last nights dinner at the Mercantile was a 10! Gabriela was a professional! Her attention to details and customer service made the evening a success. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely.
What a gem! We had no expectations as the exterior is unassuming. We did have reservations, but we noticed that this time of year we could likely come without them or get seated at the bar if needed. My husband started with the Angel's Envy flight, and I the tequila drink on the menu- which I reordered! We had the marrow bone starter which was absolutely delectable and added the bourbon luge when finished (though luged it into a glass vs into the mouth like a shot). The beet...
