20 minutes at the window and no customers inside is ridiculous
McDonald’s is a rare occurrence in our household. When we go we don’t expect five star service but we do expect expect good service and for our order to be correct. I went through the drive thru today hoping to grab a quick bite to eat. They had me pull over, said they were working on the burgers. When you come in and order 8 apple pies, sit there and wait for 20 minutes for them to be done, only to receive 6 pies and a dollar bill because someone "miscounted" - I think it's time to re-educate your employees on customer service and how to count. Constant issues whenever we come in to order anything. RIDICULOUS!
