Absolutely love this place. Staff is great, extremely friendly, relaxed, and the don't try to rush you out. We have never been disappointed and everything we have had was delicious. We go back every few months.

The NY strip was beyond delicious! We took home leftovers and had steak and eggs for breakfast the next morning! Melanie was the perfect server and took excellent care of us. Overall, great experience. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the perfect end to our Montana holiday. Service, food and wine all fantastic. We had the ribeye and sirloin and both were cooked to perfection, as were the chips (fries). The staff were spot on. We plan to return to the area next year and we will definitely make sure we make a return visit. We would recommend Mercantile without a shadow of a doubt.

Great atmosphere and friendly service; however, three of four dinners were served lukewarm. Those dishes should not have left the kitchen like that. The customer should not have to inform the kitchen that their food is lukewarm.

Too many items contained onion which limits selection for someone with allergies. It was good food but over priced . Great server though helpful in accommodating special diet requests.

During our first time in Kallispell we took a chance on a steak dinner at Mercantile Streak and had a fantastic evening! Upon entering you immediately are taken in with the beautiful decor and authentic feeling of the resturant. From the tin bronze ceiling tiles, expansive bar adorned with brick and wood trim details, wildlife mountings and paintings, all make you feel you are back in time. Our server Melanie turely made our evening special with her lovely personality and her enthusiasm in sharing the buildings history of being Kallispell's original mercantile store. She shared with us original photos from the owner of the mercantile store back in the 20's from her phone and encouraged us to see the historic photos of the area in the back of the restaurant. We learned so much about the towns history along with enjoying delicious steaks! We will be absolutely return soon!

Melanie was fantastic and very informative - food was pretty good, but that's based on us being hypercritical foodies so our levels are pretty high! Bone marrow app was delicious. Merlot reserva was yummo, and paired well w everything. Carrots were slightly undercooked (needed more time to bring out the roasted sweetness) and advertised “sherry” was pretty much nonexistent. We had the bison ribeye and the pork, and both were well cooked and delicious.

We went for our 36th anniversary dinner. Ordered calamari and bread along with a bison ribeye and filet mignon. The steaks were awesome but they beat the starters (and almost my tea that I had to remind her about). The owner was great, came over and talked to us, comped desert, and told us about Glacier National Park. We would visit again, just hope to try the apps

Excellent meal, such friendly service, and the sommelier was really amazing as well - our bottle of wine was so well and an excellent recommendation.

We are senior citizens that require a selection of entree sizes that are out of the ordinary. Nathan, our Server, was extraordinarily helpful. The result was an excellent customer service experience. The food was excellent and the service was even better.
