Absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! First, they gave us both completely different sandwiches than we ordered, no one would give us eye contact when trying to get someone’s attention and when I did tell somebody the problem, they did not respond to me so I had no idea if they were getting someone was getting new sandwiches And then they did not give us our cake pop that we paid for and so we had to do the same thing and wait around for a half an hour to get this all resolved and eat our food. No one said sorry about that or we will gladly get those sandwiches for you. They basically ignored us.

The team at this starbucks is overwhelmingly friendly and professional. They manage to get alot done with quite a bit of traffic. Writing on cups is fast but kind always. I personally really like it when they write “yay” on my cup. @deaconwaller. Messages can’t always be personal but this store is always kind. Each barista tries very hard to do their job with efficiency and great customer service and they manage to do it seven days a week. Thankful!

I went to the Starbucks I go there all the time and I asked to purchase two homeless men that were outside food and drink. The one lady was the one the first lady was really nice talking to me. The second lady popped in and said no absolutely not we can’t do that And I said why and she just said we’re not gonna do that and then she said they were rude and I am astonished at how rude she was to me who wanted to pay for some homeless people‘s food. I just where’s the compassion I just wanna know where is the compassion I’d like anyone else that’s not homeless to have to live outside in the freaking winter when it’s 20° out with their poor animal and they can’t have any compassion. It’s disgusting.

Went in the drive thru. They responded how am I and after I said good, waited several seconds and then randomly asked if I am ordering. As I gave them my order, asked for a venti chai, oat milk and brown sugar based. Barista decides to argue semantics on what the brown sugar is called several times. I’ll just take my money elsewhere if they’re going to insult customers like that.
You’d think spending over $5 for a cup of coffee, it would at least be drinkable. Not the case - not even when you ask them to remake it. You’re better off supporting a local shop or making your own at home. A waste of time.

Worst breve i have ever tasted. Literally could only drink one sip because it was absolutely disgusting. I should have just brewed one at home and saved $7. I don't quite understand how someone can mess up a breve.

Little frustrated because I’ve noticed that every time I order a hot venti sized drink, they always taste extremely watered down to the point there is almost no flavor. I order the chai latte and pumpkin spice latte often. I originally would order the venti but started ordering the smaller sizes to make sure it wasn’t watered down. Today I decided to try again with getting a venti chai and I got my mom a smaller chai, hers tasted correct and had great flavor and sadly the venti tasted like warm watered down milk and didn’t compare to the smaller size at all. I couldn't taste any chai. I really enjoy the workers here and they have always been so nice, however it’s tough to justify spending more money for something that isn’t being made intentionally incorrectly. I could just order the small sizes but I would like to have the venti while I’m at work all day. Again, I love the workers here and I just hope this is communicated so I can start ordering venti’s again! 🤗
