I love starting my day wearing my drinks that take 30 minutes in line to receive. Thank you so much for ensuring my lid was not in fact secured while rushing me to receive it, causing the drink to literally roll out of my hands and into and onto my car and my wife. Also thank you so much for handing me 5 of your napkins to help clean up a venti caramel loaded frozen drink also. Didn't receive any of my order and just left.

We got a nitro cold brew and a latte from here. Despite it being a chain, it still had a local charm to it with the cute drawing and saying on the back and the really kind staff. There was a delay with my order but the barista realized we were waiting and checked in and found my already made order. The barista that took our order was also really sweet. Great location and quick service. Glad we stopped by!

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! First, they gave us both completely different sandwiches than we ordered, no one would give us eye contact when trying to get someone’s attention and when I did tell somebody the problem, they did not respond to me so I had no idea if they were getting someone was getting new sandwiches And then they did not give us our cake pop that we paid for and so we had to do the same thing and wait around for a half an hour to get this all resolved and eat our food. No one said sorry about that or we will gladly get those sandwiches for you. They basically ignored us.

The team at this starbucks is overwhelmingly friendly and professional. They manage to get alot done with quite a bit of traffic. Writing on cups is fast but kind always. I personally really like it when they write “yay” on my cup. @deaconwaller. Messages can’t always be personal but this store is always kind. Each barista tries very hard to do their job with efficiency and great customer service and they manage to do it seven days a week. Thankful!

I went to the Starbucks I go there all the time and I asked to purchase two homeless men that were outside food and drink. The one lady was the one the first lady was really nice talking to me. The second lady popped in and said no absolutely not we can’t do that And I said why and she just said we’re not gonna do that and then she said they were rude and I am astonished at how rude she was to me who wanted to pay for some homeless people‘s food. I just where’s the compassion I just wanna know where is the compassion I’d like anyone else that’s not homeless to have to live outside in the freaking winter when it’s 20° out with their poor animal and they can’t have any compassion. It’s disgusting.
