People are unbelievably rude. When you ask for a strawberry milk, you don’t think that they would just do purée on the bottom and milk on top, that is NOT strawberry milk especially if you have to mix it yourself. I’ve been a barista for a couple years and I would never treat a customer like how they treated us.

Always out of cream cheese, had a hair on the lid of my coffee, and they close at 630pm so I can't get coffee before my night shift unless I leave thirty minutes early

This staff at this downtown location isn't nearly as friendly as the one on the north side of town! No smiles, nothing. Sad. Says a lot about the manager at this location.
honesty, worst coffee i have ever had. i won’t go back. I don’t understand how you burn shots TWICE! i went through the drive thru, didn’t even go that good, that’s fine didn’t get my drink right which is whatever fixed it got it remade and still tasted the worst. For a 7$ drink this is just a joke. I have been in coffee myself for quite a while and never have i ever served a drink that tasted this way. I do not recommend coming here. If you want good coffee that is actually good tasting, hit up another shop this ain’t it.

Kalispell, MT. Main Store Store is extremely poorly managed, the manager and district manager should be immediately terminated to protect the brand. They are often not open without notice, do not manage Facebook, etc. un believable. It is so bad for the brand close it down. 1 star.
