Went there today to get coffee and we were walking out to our car and the hubby got a hand cramp and dropped his coffee so I went back inside to order a new one and they gave it to me for free. They are awesome there. Always wonderful customer service. Definitely my favorite Starbucks in town.
Great staff and love my specialty drinks at starbucks.
I have always had a good experience at this location, I visit quite frequently. Today, however, I had to point out that my drink was made incorrectly and tried to be very polite about it. The red-headed teenage girl at the window scoffed and took my drink . She waited while somebody else remade the drink. She handed me the drink and when I said thank you have a nice day she rolled her eyes and turned away without saying anything. I think some people don't need to be in customer...read full review

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a great location with an overwhelmingly friendly and kind team. The workers are the best, always joyful and helpful, creating an environment where customers feel welcome. The service is regularly great and often exceptional, with baristas who are professional and efficient, even with a lot of traffic. The food and drinks are consistent, though some customers have noted that hot venti sized drinks, like the chai latte and pumpkin spice latte, can taste extremely watered down with almost no flavor compared to smaller sizes. Despite this, the staff is always nice and tries hard to provide great customer service. The location has a local charm with cute drawings and kind messages on cups. Overall, it is the best place to go for kind people and a joyful atmosphere.
