Went there today to get coffee and we were walking out to our car and the hubby got a hand cramp and dropped his coffee so I went back inside to order a new one and they gave it to me for free. They are awesome there. Always wonderful customer service. Definitely my favorite Starbucks in town.
Great place
I purchased iced coffee with salted caramel cold foam a few times, but I’ve noticed that the consistency of the cold foam isn’t always the way it’s supposed to be. The first two times I overlooked it, the second time I made them aware and was given a remake for another day, and even the remake was still incorrect. Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a great location with an overwhelmingly friendly and kind team. The workers are the best, always joyful and helpful, creating an environment where customers feel welcome. The service is regularly great and often exceptional, with baristas who are professional and efficient, even with a lot of traffic. The food and drinks are consistent, though some customers have noted that hot venti sized drinks, like the chai latte and pumpkin spice latte, can taste extremely watered down with almost no flavor compared to smaller sizes. Despite this, the staff is always nice and tries hard to provide great customer service. The location has a local charm with cute drawings and kind messages on cups. Overall, it is the best place to go for kind people and a joyful atmosphere.
