Went last Thursday before noon to pick up our annual bucket (half crispy, half regular) to take to Thompson Falls State Park. Having enjoyed KFC for the past 65 years, this particular bucket was spot on. I think store could add one more staff as could get challenging during busy times.
This restaurant has been in the same building for at least 40 years. I’m pretty sure the kitchen has never been remodeled. A kitchen that old rarely looks so impressively clean and orderly.

KFC is a busy place with hardworking, friendly staff, despite being short-staffed. They provide efficient service. Online orders are accurate, fresh, and delicious. Customers enjoy the famous potatoes bowls but note the lack of sufficient gravy, with extra gravy requiring an additional charge. Staff might need to work on consistency with gravy portions. Recently, customers have mentioned mixed experiences. One customer ordered a bucket meal but found that the sides, including mashed potatoes, gravy, and Mac and cheese, were missing. Another customer, who had a poor experience years ago, was surprised by the quality of the chicken, noting that the 4 thighs were huge, tender, juicy, and flavorful, though a bit greasy. The skin arrived mushy, possibly due to the size of the pieces in a small box. A visitor from France found the restaurant very clean, with friendly staff and good food, expressing confusion over the negative reviews.
