This particular Starbucks is my go to place. The staff is great and I love how they get to know you by name. Great way to start my day. I appreciate the hard work they do as they get pretty busy and have had staffing issues in the past. They are very nice people and do great on making the drinks.

We waited for 10 min. To order and another 10 min for them to put a scone in a bag and hand it to me. And another 20 min. For my granddaughter's coffee. ( Ordered at the same time) I didn't have a coffee because their sugar free options are non existent!Dietary restrictions: Almost nothing for diabetic's.

There is nothing unusual about this Starbucks. I think that’s pretty much a good thing though.Dietary restrictions: The only low-carb food that they have are those sous vide eggs. So if you’re diabetic, this is not really a place you want to eat.

The service was efficient and Ashley is one of the friendliest baristas I’ve been served by! Honestly that’s mostly why I’m writing this review. She greeted me with a huge smile and was kind to each customer. Well done and Merry Christmas!

This place is kinda confusing due to the lack of employee initiative when greeting you at the counter. They all just kind of stand there and stare at you like you're stupid. Could be just special for me though. My opinion is all I can offer though.Parking: Plenty of parking as it is in the same lot as Lowes..

I was at the Starbucks at 2356 US Hwy 93 N Kalispell, MT 59901 on Veterans’ day! And the place was hoping busy! The staff of 5 employee’s all had their hands full with the pace of the day’s efforts and was working well. There was one employee who really had the upper hand on it! One employee stood out from the rest with their efforts and that was “Mad-Tee” who I had the pleasure who took my order. She had it all working for her! I wanted to bring this to your attention, since employee’s in this day and time, are hard to find! Yet, alone employee’s who can work in this type of environment when allot is asked of them. Please continue to hire more like Mad-Tee, and give her a raise, and feel valued for her work. Doing this will find me standing in line ordering my Starbucks coffee and pastry (even if it is not Veterans Days).

BUTBoth times Ive recently been here, this lovely young woman has been at the drive through window in the morning and she is so wonderful, sweet and an absolute joy to be served by. Even in the few moments at the window.5/5 stars for just the overall uplifting spirit she has.
There was a lady here I think they called her madi she is a little bigger and she was very mean and yelled at me that she refused to serve me and I think she spat in my drink.
