Best bartenders great drinks friendly atmosphere

Cheapest drinks in the valley, but bar tenders will start kicking people out at 1:30. Heard a bartender say he will put hands on people to get them out the door at 1:40. The 2 am closing time is purely up to the bartenders discretion.
