Went there to meet fellow vets but instead found a bar/casino combo, not a VFW. It's a great bar. Nice billiard tables, clean, good service, great prices, and everyone looked to be having a good time. I've never been to a VFW with a casino, I'm not sure how to feel about that. I'll likely go back for drinks, but I really didn't feel like it was a veteran's place to go meet other vets in a military atmosphere. Just another downtown bar filled with...
Great pub, plenty of tvs...pool tables to play, a casino/ slot machine room of to the side, good beer selection. Great specials and plenty of seats. In a quiet neighborhood so easy for parking and quiet when you leave. Great bartenders who look after everyone as well.
They tended bar at our wedding and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The bartender was so friendly and accommodating and the selections were great. The price was reasonable and the service was superb.
