Mother chorizo‘s food truck is a little hard to find but worth the effort. Tucked in the alley between 4th and 5th St., West and just off of Main, Watch for the signs. My sandwich was huge and so delicious. Large piece of chicken, perfectly prepared and very fresh.
BEST breakfast burritos ever - I was blown away! We stopped there Sunday morning and the guys were super cool, and the burritos were off the charts. Will be back next time I'm back in town!
Waited for about 40 minutes, they said it would take a little bit but didn’t think it would take almost an hour, ordered the loaded fries with carne but all I tasted was lime nothing else, even the steak just tasted like lime. I’ve been to Mexico and nothing tasted like pure lime, so maybe put lime on the side to let people put the amount they want like other places do.
