Amazing breakfast sandwich. We were in town and tried 2 other places in town with no success. We found Rising Trout and the staff went out of their way to make me a breakfast sandwich. Literally with their last egg. They put it on a ham and cheese roll. There are just enough words to describe the deliciousness. Thank you for making my morning.
Recently I tried the lemon rolls similar to a cinnamon roll but it uses lemon buttercream frosting they were outstanding Shared them with the family-wonderful!
Their Eclairs are incredible. I am always stalking their FB page to see when they have them in their pastry case.

Rising Trout Coffee & Cafe is a delightful, family-owned and operated spot with a very cozy atmosphere. The owner is super nice and lovely to talk to, and the staff are fun and personable. The food and people are great. Offerings include an excellent cortado with oat milk, a delicious dark roast with heavy cream, and an amazing breakfast sandwich on a ham and cheese roll. The Ginger Chicken with Couscous Soup lunch special comes in a huge portion. The charcuterie box is beautiful and delicious, and the baked goods are done in house and are excellent. The best chai latte and the best cappuccino have been found here. The space is tastefully decorated with local artist wares for sale, and also sells books and Bibles.
