The manager was a jerk and unprofessional. The rooms are out dated. Mattresses have stains. One bed had old crusty chocolate all over it. Check in was a nightmare.
Two thumbs down. The Staff was rude, confrontational, and petty. I wouldn't stay here if you're trying to have fun.
I wish I could give the customer service a negative review as 1 star feels generous. We were in town for a basketball tournament which this hotel invited people from the tournament to stay here and offered a discounted rate. Upon arrival we went to check in my son told me he wanted to go to the pool, and the lady at the front desk was a little too excited to tell him it was closed.
