“Absolute MUST when in Libby!!! This place has the classic feel, top service and home cooked food I love. Everything I ate was homemade or as close to as possible and it tasted that way!!! The server was very efficient and courteous but in a way that felt like they cared and wanted to be there for the customer. Prices seemed very fair for the experience I had. Hours are mostly lunch so get there early and be ready to rub elbows and enjoy some great conversations before heading out on your adventures.“
“Was seated right away. Took our order quickly. Requested some sweetener for drink, food was brought out by someone else, which was yummy, salad was a bit overdressed but it had wonderful flavor. Still no sign of our waitress. Another waitress was hustling and grabbed our plates. Our waitress a no show, finished our meal, no how was your meal or can I get you anything else. Watched the waitress do a lot of talking and in the kitchen talking. A different waitress asked us to refill our drinks, asked her for sweetener, for original drink, she never came back either. A new person asked us if we needed anything, sweetener? She walked right over to the bar and got some. Yes! Original waitress came back, first time over since our order. She was pleasant enough, just not attentive. The hustling waitress came over three times. I've never done this before, but paid our bill and gave the tip to the other gal that actually did the work for us. The place wasn't that busy, kind of strange. Everyone at the table loved the food and it's a neat place. The pizza looked amazing, so we will try it again.“
“Took my wife there for our 8th wedding anniversary... We had a wonderful time... The very best service I have seen in a long time... Kudos to Tammy Ann... Food was great, and cooked to perfection... I will definitely be recommending this little Gem!!!“
“We stopped here on the way through town on a road trip because I was craving a burger. This burger really hit the spot! I got the mushroom burger and they were able to sub out the Swiss for pepper jack because I don't care for Swiss. The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and had great flavor. Husband got the bacon burger and was surprised it had two patties definitely lots of food. We got both the regular and the sweet potato fries and both were awesome. I saw some reviews that other food may have missed the mark but I think the burgers were awesome and as it is "burger" express it's not wholly surprising if a taco here is just meh. I'll definitely stop in here if we're passing through again. Service and food was top notch! I'll also add the bathroom was clean and nice.“
“After being ignored in a different restaurant down the road, we came here. Our server, Renee, was quick, kind, courteous, and cheerful. It was a happy change from the first place we stopped. We had prime rib. It was delicious and perfectly cooked. Thanks, Renee and Switchback for changing our dining experience. We will come back!“
“So this was a one nighter for us, mostly pool for the kids exploring for me . Check in was easy the front desk clerk was extremely polite and accommodating. The elderly lady with her not so much, kinda rude literally just checked us in then questions us if we are staying there, her whole demeanor is not customer friendly, but only time had to deal with her, pool is decent small nice hot tub waters all warm clean towels are limited so keep yours. Rooms are good not great but they are clean, warm, hot water, usual microwave TV etc. Pillows a little hard. Sometime through out the night random people arguing in the halls at one time a morbidly over weight dude says " don't make me start shooting" so idk what was going on out there but no staff at any time addressed the yelling and fighting, so while I do not feel my experience was completely ruined I don't know that we will stay here again. The staff was great. The place is cool with wood carvings that change every year and they are for sale. This is a great local business.Rooms: Double queen rooms plenty of room for four warm decent roomNearby activities: A ton to do locally if your into the outdoors. Good dining optionsSafety: Idk I'm never not safe but the drunk or drug induced yelling and fighting in the halls is not family friendlyWalkability: Park near by, easy walking abilities thru the villageFood & drinks: Lots of options some surprisingly good options at thatNoteworthy details: The falls and the dam are must sees if your here.“
“Great food options in diner style. Good options for all diets.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options on the menu but the menu is primarily meat and taters. Staff is friendly and you can customize but sometimes the price will change.Parking: Lots of free parking with easy wheel chair access. Negotiating the double doors will be the most difficult thing for a wheelchair.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly atmosphere. Semi private dining in the rear dining room is available.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access. No ramps or curbs to negotiate.“
“Service was a little slow but they were quit busy with Sunday brunch. Food was worth the wait.Wheelchair accessibility: The door comes out over the stairs. Wheelchair must make a quick turn to avoid going down them. Years ago that is why I quit taking my dad there.“
“Amazing food and for good prices, the food is also pretty filling since they aren't stingy with anything and the shakes are amazing. You have to try this place out it's great.Parking: There is a parking lot right outside the restaurant with a good amount of spotsWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to go up“
