“I’m a total sucker for locally made ice cream and huckleberries. So imagine my delight when I got into Panhandle and they had Buttermilk Huckleberry. Sign me up! Split the scoop with Peanut Butter Cup. Nice sized chunks of peanut butter cups and peanut butter ice cream. YUM! I didn’t try the non dairy but they had about 4 flavors. Also GF sugar cones. They make it easy to enjoy their ice cream. Wish I could stay longer just so I could have more…“

“Maddie is hands down our favorite server at 1908 Bar & Grill! She is absolutely amazing and easily the best server in North Idaho. Our drinks are never empty, and she always remembers exactly what we like to order—even down to the details. That kind of service is rare and makes every visit feel personal.
Honestly, she’s the main reason we keep coming back to 1908. If you get the chance to have Maddie as your server, you’re in for a great experience!“

“We were looking for a pet friendly restaurant while traveling through the area. Oddly, this did not show up on any of the searches I did. We happened to see the lovely outdoor area and decided to check it out. Yup! Pet friendly at the picnic tables! The food was delicious, the beers amazing and the service incredible.“

“We had a great breakfast at Connie's Cafe. We were seated with no wait and our order was taken promptly. The food came out of the kitchen fast and hot and was very good. Connie's has a great history and is a very nostalgic place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Must stop if your in the area.“
