“Second time here, and we have never had a bad lunch. Their potato salad and coleslaw are delicious, the potato cheddar munchers Are a great appetizer. The servers are always nice and accommodating and we enjoy sitting outside and chatting with locals that walk by.“

“Very good food and excellent place to dine in ! We ate there last night and my wife got the sherried lobster bisque which was creamy and cheesy deliciousness. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich which came on a ciabatta bun and it was very good the pork was thoroughly cooked and just the right amount of bbq sauce ! Would recommend!“
“It’s a great price and a beautiful place to stay ! Private, friendly, and luxurious for a fantastic price ! The night before we came here we spent almost the same price to stay in sandpoint where the tub wouldn’t drain and the water came out brown. Not here at the Rimrock! The room is super clean the sheets are immaculate . This morning we woke up to a beautiful view of the river and I walked over and got a delicious breakfast for two and it was hot and ready in less than 20 minutes :) would highly recommend!“

“We stopped in due to positive comments on a local Facebook page, and we were NOT disappointed! We had the nachos, which reminded me of nachos my mom makes. The toppings were layered throughout the chips, not all on top. Lots of cheese and toppings - nothing fancy, but really delicious. They have Cold Smoke on tap, which makes every meal better. But the main event was the ribs. We showed up at 4 p.m. to eat, not knowing dinner specials start at 5. We decided to wait for the ribs, and it was well worth the wait. They were so tender, they fell off the bone. Smoky, with just enough sauce. They came with a side of baked beans, mashed potatoes, and a little slice of bread. We'll definitely be back for more!FYI ribs are on Friday. I think Prime Rib is on Saturday. We'll definitely be back to try the other specials. Highly recommend ?“

“My wife and I happened upon this place in the course of a 10-day road trip through eastern Washington, northern Idaho and western Montana. We are also older and take diuretics which leads me to the reason we initially stopped: Boy did we need to pee. Once inside and after taking care of the immediacy of the situation we sat down at the bar where my wife ordered a Bloody Mary and I had an IPA that was on tap. The Bloody Mary was made to order for my wife meaning extremely spicey. It came with Clamato, infused pepper vodka, horseradish, pickled asparagus, pepperoncini, pickle spear, olives, and fresh lime all for $6.50. Pints of the IPA were $3.25. And that was before happy hour. Friday and Saturday night the Wild Coyote has a steak dinner deal. An 8 oz. Sirloin for $16 (as I recall), 10 oz. NY Strip for $21 (also as I remember) and a 12 oz. Ribeye for $25 (that I do remember). Steaks come with grilled onions & mushrooms, baked potato, fresh vegetable, soup or salad, and garlic bread. And they will cook your steak to order. What a deal!!! We both had the Ribeye and it was fantastic. I ordered my steak "Blue" which makes rare look well-done.On top of all that the service was very good and friendly. Overall, we highly recommend the Wild Coyote.“
