“Staff was super friendly and food was amazing. Easy to find right off I-15 right next to a rest stop. I was just in time for breakfast which was cooked beautifully. I ordered French toast, over medium eggs and bacon. I wish I lived closer so I could make the a regular stop I enjoyed it so much. Large serving for a great price. Reminded me of eating at my grandmas as a child“

“Finally had the opportunity to have dinner at The Peat. Our entire party realized we waited too long. If you are wanting a true Montana dining experience, you have to but this on your culinary journey. So much history inside the walls, the staff was amazing and probably the best steak I have ever had. We were a party of 4 and all of us had the ribeye steak, Blaine cooked them to perfection and the baked potatoes were delicious. You watch your meal getting cooked right in front of your eyes and the aroma just makes it even better. We will make The Peat one of our favorite places to eat and can’t say enough about the entire staff to make the meal better with their friendly and attentive attitude and service. If you like a good whisky or bourbon, great selection to choose from. Top shelf all the way around and Shay and Blaine are true culinary team.“
