“We like to sit inside and eat sometimes. But we do not like that you have to use a kiosk to order. Our order did not come out right. They were not polite to us when we told them. We would like to order from a live person. If there was someone available to help you with kiosk it may be better.“

“I love the burgers from Frugals especially the Hawaiian. However, the customer service I had from Johnathan S on Brooks was below satisfactory. I could not hear him on the speaker from the traffic. So I pulled up to the window to confirm my order. he was rude when I asked him to confirm it. then when I went to pull away he rolled his eyes at me. very unprofessional. My order was also not labeled correctly and not made correctly either. I will not be returning to that location.“

“Very friendly, our food came very quickly for as busy as it was. The older lady in black who was cleaning the tables and floors was very friendly and quick to make sure we sat at a clean table and that our floor area was clean. She didn’t only do that with us but was just as friendly to all the customers. We got up to leave and she held the door open for us and thanked us and told us to have a great day. “As far as breakfast goes in Missoula this is the place. Cozy and small with food that packs a punch with large portions. The atmosphere makes you want to stay all day. Biscuit's and Gravy were killer. My wife and I ate for 27 bucks. We split the full.order and it was a lot even split in half. 10/10 would recommend“

“The Montana Club is our favorite restaurant to go for special occasions and dinner after ballet class/recitals. They’re kid friendly, have a great atmosphere in the bar (also allows kiddos for dinner in the bar area), and wonderful about making accommodations. The atrium is another fun spot to sit. The main dining room has plenty of booths and tables that can be joined for groups. Their menu offers a variety of options. Pasta’s, salads, steaks, and seafood all turn out amazing. Their lobster fest is fun. It’s definitely worth the wait and money to attend lobster fest and get fresh lobster. They have the best ranch in town, too.“

“The Trough not only has a great regular menu, but there hasn't been a Sunday morning special that hasn't been amazing. The staff is beyond friendly and always ready with a smile. We have been for Tuesday Trivia and had one of the best Pizzas, the Prairie Fire, it was amazing and I hope it comes back soon. Honestly we haven't had a bad experience, whether it was a dinner on the patio or a pizza on a rainy Spring evening. The Sunday breakfast has become a favorite but make sure you get there early, the secret is getting out and they often fill up by 9:30. Oh and don't forget to buy some of the strawberry jam, it is amazing.“
