“Okay, they got me. They changed my mind which is causing me to change my rating of City Brew to be fair to them. Early this morning, I went to get my daily Grizzly Granita and not only was it absolutely delicious, the customer service was awesome. It actually made my morning. You know how your first interaction with another adult in the morning seems to be the way your day off going to go? Well, the interaction I had this morning made my day. I realized I was probably being a little unfair on a place that gets extremely busy and at times doesn't have the time to say hello or even acknowledge customers that order off the app. It was just the interaction I had when I asked if I could get what I paid for that take turned me off to the whole experience, which hasn't happened once, since. Not only is City Brew back to the way it used to be, the customer service is great. Both Billings and local management have done an amazing job getting this place back to the place we love to go, love their drinks, and customer service. Just sad that it closes so early, I wish y'all could find the help you need. It's gotta be tough with such a small work crew serving all of Miles City. We appreciate all you do, for the great drinks, and the friendly service, even after a hard day.“
