Everything. There is not a single thing about this place that is okay. My order has been messed up every time we have used the drive through. The bread used for my French Dip is so tough and chewy I can’t bite through it, and it also tastes terrible. I regret telling the workers at the window how awesome they are, because they are not even slightly awesome.
We went into Arbys for a late lunch because we had seen so many commercials on tv for their fish sandwich. We ordered our lunch and we were very disappointed when we got it. The fish was good but there was such a tiny bit of Mayo or tartar sauce and lettuce that the sandwich was dry. Very disappointing after all the hype.
