I've reviewed this location before.They've made some decor changes that were real positive (see pics). by the way I didn't stage the photo it just looked so good when I set it down, I had to take a pic)And as always the folks working there were so friendly in a genuine way.Love ya guys!

The patio has a great atmosphere. Perfect for enjoying tea with a friend on a sunny day. The staff is very friendly and strives to get your order just how you enjoy it. My favorite is the London Fog with honey and lavender.
