I am very frustrated with this mistake. As someone who has very slim options due to being vegetarian Arby’s is something that was good and made the accommodations. I ordered the French dip with no roast beef. Weird order but simple not a lot I was asking for. I got home and the dip was not in the bag. Service is hit and miss. I love crinkle fries, but theirs tastes like they soak them in oil and then a quick heat. One lady, i think she was in training, was incredible. I forgot to get her name. Super friendly and apologizing for anything she might get wrong.

Clean store but sticky floor. Raining outside so I'll give them some slack. Didn't really see hustle out of the staff to make my order, though. Quick to take the order and only one other inside person ordering. Drive through seemed steady and moving quickly.
