Quality in ambience and drink options. The natural light with the way it lights the rooms is gorgeous to experience with the drinks in the pretty mason jars. What is lame is that you have to ask for them to not add sugar as it is automatically added to everything. Also there are employees there that are quite tacky in their communication. The service at this shop was really good, they were willing to take the time to answer my questions about their chai even though they had a line out of the door. I'm very particular about my chai lattes, I like them to be extra spicy and made in house. After discussing how their chai is made and how it can be made extra spicy, I opted for a dirty chai latte with soy milk. Lovely coffee shop right across the AC hotel in Missoula! I am not a coffee drinker but they have some good tea selection. I always get the London fog which never disappoints and is solid! My coffee loving friends love the coffee here! They also have some really good toast selection on their menu! Great for a quick breakfast bite.
