Everytime I come to this location when I order a #10 with onion rings I seem to never get onion rings. It doesn't matter if I use wwlk in or drive thru the onion rings always gets forgotten. Once again it happened again during night shift on 4/25/2025. I'm not sure why is it everytime this happens.. what does it take to get my order right.

The people at the counter made this all better , regardless that over the decades past, burger kings food has really went down hill. Your dropping the ball on our fan favorite char broiled burgers. What has happened to Burger King. Shout out to the awesome crew smiling and giving such a warm welcome to an empty store during mid dinner..they get a five star from us !
