My hubby ordered his steak medium and it came well done..chewy. He didn’t want to say anything, but I told the waiter and he sent the manager , Pili ( could be spelled wrong) over to us. The manager cooked up another to perfection and gave us a free appetizer and gift card! Great customer service and what a great manager. They took care of us and we will frequent them! Thank you!

Outback Steakhouse serves good food, with a range of options beyond steak. The service is excellent, with attentive staff checking in regularly without being obtrusive. The atmosphere is pleasant, with accommodating seating arrangements for larger groups. The blooming onion is to die for, and the bloomin' shrimp and bread are great as usual. One steak was great, but another steak was poor quality meat with tough gristle. The Chef salad topped with salmon is delicious. This Outback is a great location. The service is excellent and the food is great.
