I was the only person in the whole restaurant and they still got my order wrong. The Reserve location beats this one hands down...

Great staff the food is always good the stars should be at 4.5 at least. They did forget a patty on a double but one mistake out of 100 tats an A restaurant.

Haven’t been to Burger King in years. Decided to try it out again today. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru. Nobody in front of me and nothing. Dude said it would be just a minute when I got there, thanks for your patience at 10 minutes. Couldn’t take it anymore. Went across the street to McDonalds. Got my order drove past Burger King and the dude behind me was still at the order screen. How on earth could you guys be so unbelievably bad at your job. Honestly. It’s baffling.

Needed a quick stop before heading home. First mistake. Ordered at 1:08 pm and we got it at 1:25 pm. (2 #4's no special request). There was only one other elderly couple in front of us and the gentleman had to send his food back because his special order was wrong. Mgr not happy with the cooks. Our food was cold. Onion rings were soggy, manager was short with staff. There were only three tables in the restaurant which were occupied with only two people at each table. I have decided that was my last trip to ANY Burger King.

Taking the time out of my day to say thank you to the incredibly hardworking Burger King staff here. They work so hard while being so understaffed, and yet they maintain a positive attitude throughout it. I stop at this location often when I get off of work because it’s in a convenient location for me and because I don’t eat meat so I love being able to get an impossible whopper. They’ve let me know pretty much every time that they’re understaffed, which is the honest to goodness truth of the matter. But they make it work every time. The reality is that these employees are not getting paid enough for their labor but big companies feel no incentive to hire anyone because they know their employees will make it work. So they make tons of money with low labor costs, on top of not being able to keep employees there because they don’t compensate them well enough. Whether or not management has control over some of these issues at hand, I do just hope they read this comment and thank the specific individuals working there today. There is one lady who was working the drive thru that’s always efficient, communicative, and kind. I unfortunately don’t remember her name from her tag but I’m sure you can check who was working. The other person who was working is named Suzanne. She also went above and beyond and was very sweet. Please give them the credit they deserve!!!

We were on a road trip and drove through. It was so great to have our order correct and fresh. The sign said they were understaffed, but they still did a great job. We really appreciated it. Thank you.

If I could leave zero Stars I would. I have been in line for 27 minutes. Four cars in front of me. Only one had been served. When you come in this drive-thru you are trapped. There is no way to get out because the The curbs are too high to drive over. I called and no one answered from this place. I walked up to the window. The man told me he's the only one there. He apologized. I told him I'm trapped. I had to get to work. I think what he's doing is taking orders and telling people to drive around and pick up their food inside. But I'm still trapped. I'm now 15 minutes late for work. I've had slow service here before so that's why I don't usually come here but now I will definitely never be back.
I had multiple hairs in food that I recently purchased there and pieces of plastic that I can only hope were ketchup or mustard packs that somehow wound up in the food. I attempted to tell the people working the counter and was basically dismissed and told to call back on Monday. To speak to the manager who only is available on Mondays. I was t offered anything except to remake the burger and fish sandwich both of which were tainted with something. The staff was not helpful. I left the remains of my food on the counter there and exited. This is not a clean place and needs to have the city inspectors do a deep deep dive into their cleaning and sterilization practices. I will also be contacting BK corporate. Food also smelled really funny also before finding the problems in the sandwiches.

Don’t ever go to this Burger King they threatened to tow my vehicle after the battery died and I went in there to let them know that I was working on getting it moved. She threatened to tell me after I spent money in their store and I am a repeat customer and I do delivery for their store. Don’t buy from that store ever.

The employees at this location including the managers should either be re-trained, or fired. They dont know what they're doing at all. I ordered my meal 15 minutes and they didnt know at all what they were doing, delaying over 15 customers.

Been waiting in line for 20+ minutes already behind one car in the drive thru waiting for them just to take an order. Incredibly terrible service. Makes me sad I ❤️ BK
Had a really long journey and didn't feel like a big meal so decided to get a chicken sandwich and it was great 👍

Friendly didn't get any food mainly cuz I was just waiting for the bus but really nice people I asked for water and let me have some water
