Charged me for add ons and then didn't put them on. I mean, how hard is it to put bacon and cheese on a burger? It's literally called a cheeseburger. What do you pay these employees in? Goats and lithium batteries? 1 Star.

I have eaten here twice in the last month, by far one of the best burger kings I've been too. Tonight, they were slammed with Door dash and drive thru orders, and I still had my food in the time it took me to fill my drink.

Food cold. Buns stale. Except for front guy, employee looked sloppy, dirty uniforms. Food last 3 times wrong , cold and bad. Broadway store.

I ordered the 8 piece churro sticks and they forgot to put the cinnamon sugar on them. Chicken fries we so hard my dog could not chew them. Took about 10-15 minutes to get my order with nobody ahead of me. I stop at the store many times and this is the first time I have had a bad experience. The people working the window were doing their job. From what I could see the problem was with who was cooking.

This place is good awful horrible service and food just sits on counter while employees take breaks and talk unbelievable

I waited for literally 35 minutes in the drive thru without any explanation or understand about what was going on. I’m sure it’s not any one persons fault, but this is clearly a reflection of how the place is run. Very deserving of 1 star.

Nothing screams poor management more than having a meeting at 5 PM while 2 employees have two employees run the store with over fifteen orders on the screen. Why would you do that not only to your customers but those two employees. They were so frustrated they almost walked out. What a poorly poorly managed store

Use to love to get a whopper with cheese years ago. But Burger King has really gone downhill. Most recently the wife went and picked up the whole family dinner last night and it was unedible.as I. Unwrapped my whopper. I was overwhelmed of the smell. Of what seemed to be garbage, everything tasted off and unsafe to eat. Please save your money and go somewhere else
