CFL is what you'd expect a fast food place to be even here in Missoula. They're chicken has gotten worse somehow over the past year. And the times I order ahead to pick up and end up standing and looking at my order for fifteen minutes while the staff is rushing around doing other things happens too much. Think my food has been cold three out of five times because of such.

Ok, I'm from the south and was ecstatic about CFL went it opened in Zoo. I could eat here 3 of 7 days.Service friendly, ck breast went down in size & drive thru, when not packed, is quite quick.

Wholly cow! I won't make that mistake again! I paid almost $20 for myself & got a dry, rubbery chicken on a bun with 2 pickles. My frys were luke-warm and only half full. The milkshake tasted good but was only about 3/4 full. The brownie also tasted good but was only about 1" X 1 1/2" in size. It's definitely not worth the money, in my opinion.

homophobic chicken is always good. sauces, napkins, and utensils are ALWAYS forgotten (I always do order pick up so drive thru and dine in may be different). of course the only reason anyone goes to chick fil a is for the sauce so that takes off major points. employees are kind, the "my pleasure" always feels weird knowing that they have to say it. one of the guys that works there ghosted me on Snapchat so I don't love that

Food was standard Chick-fil-A but only been once and they gave me the wrong sandwich in the drive thru. Very rarely do I get wrong orders at Chick-fil-As but just check before you drive off at this location.
