LOVE this place! There was one in Butte that I was frequenting when visiting, but this place is always cheerful and accommodating for all your drink needs! Their Lotus drinks are amazing.
We have been to City Brew locations in other cities and love it because of the customer service and genuine happiness of the employees. Today we had to sit outside because we had our dog with us. We asked if they could set up the umbrellas for some shade. Their response was “We are not setting up umbrellas right now.” Okay? So, we sat in the sun but couldn’t stay as long as we wanted.
These have the look of Starbucks. I've never seen one before. Rolling through Missoula and wanted coffee and came across it. Clean interior, clean bathroom. Service was fast and friendly. The coffee was good. I'd probably stop at one again if I really needed a coffee, but it wouldn't be a first choice. However, I got my son a hot chocolate, and it was amazing.
