While the service here is pretty lackluster, there is one thing that makes this place worth a stop and that is their Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket sub. The guy behind the counter had no idea where they get their meat from, but I have to say it's better than some of the BBQ specialty places in the area.We've had other subs here and they are fine, but the brisket is really the way to go.

This place has moved way down on our list for value. First a med sub is about 6-7 " and covered in sauces bread is too small. The venue was just okay but no longer a fireman hangout. So all in all it was boring with high priced food of lower quality than past visits.
I was in the location on Reserve St in Missoula, MT and had the opportunity to watch Izzy, Gage, and Ty work together as a team to get a very large order made and out to some very hungry Firefighters. The 3 of them worked as a team and within 20 minutes had approximately 20 or so orders out to these Firefighters. I told all 3 of them what a great job they all did and they didn't get 1 order wrong. It was absolutely great to see these 3 young adults work so well together. They killed it!!!! I will definitely be coming back to this location because of their great attitude. I wish more of their generation worked as hard. WELL DONE!!!

For no clear reason, everyone in there waited more than 45 mins for their sandwiches. We didn't get a heads up as we were ordering that it would take so long. Once we finally did get our sandwich, it was refrigerator cold. After that long of a wait at least take 2 more mins to heat the meat up. This place is always hit or miss on hot sandwiches. This will be my last visit for a while.

Place is filthy. Floors, tables, drink counter, soda fountain, bathroom is gross. Everything needs to be cleaned. Actually quite unappetizing. Also the soda fountain was out of pretty much everything.
