Very friendly, our food came very quickly for as busy as it was. The older lady in black who was cleaning the tables and floors was very friendly and quick to make sure we sat at a clean table and that our floor area was clean. She didn’t only do that with us but was just as friendly to all the customers. We got up to leave and she held the door open for us and thanked us and told us to have a great day. We will be back!!!

The key is manifold: the simplicity of the menu options, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the transparency of the kitchen operations, the consistent quality of ingredients, and the boxes of peanuts.... The food was what you would expect. The air was filled with so much grease a person could feel it. Their hoods aren’t efficient or also need cleaned. The floor was even slippery. The tables were all dirty. My husband said the men’s bathroom was filthy. Then I tried the women’s bathroom and it was also filthy. I can’t return to this restaurant. The price they charge for a burger and fries you would expect at least a clean place to sit or pee. The service was pretty good.

GREAT burger. The Little hamburger is good size and single big patty. The "hamburger" is a double patty and more than I want to eat!! The fries are THE BEST ... I split a small fries with my partner and we both marvel at how anyone one person could eat all that. Best burger . Love it.

Food is good except their buns are essentially Wonder Bread quality. Great staff. It's almost absurdly overpriced. Yes, inflation exists, but fast-food places have been talking in billions since the pandemic and I have no doubt Five Guys is asking them.
