Typically love Florence, and it's often my go-to, but every once in awhile my drink gets screwed up pretty bad. I'm pretty severely lactose-intolerant, and on multiple occasions have had "oat milk" misheard as "whole milk" in the drive through. Because of how much lower my car is than the window, I can't watch as my drink is made to make sure I won't get sick later. Kind of disappointing.Dietary restrictions: Hit or miss on whether alternative milks will actually be used when ordered.

the first time we went it was really good and we enjoyed it! but the second time we went the frappe had chucks of ice, we were basically just eating it at that point and all of the flavor sunk to the bottom- it didn't seem blended at all. they don't do refunds but were nice enough to make us another one! the drink on the right is before we asked for another one. we usually don't ask for refunds or for things to be remade but i simply couldn't bare to watch my boyfriend eat his drink. thank you to the workers! i'm sorry for the inconvenience.

The coffee always tastes burnt. They are not friendly and are very condescending. They have multiple times charged me for the size drink I ask for and give me a size smaller.

Our barista was lovely! I was a barista from 2003 to 2015. I Florence needs to add an Italian cream soda button, though. I have never been to a shop that charges .50 for cream and .50 for whipped cream. I went through this afternoon and bought Italian cream sodas for both of my children because I wanted a brewed coffee with cream. I was charged .50 for added whip and .50 for cream, times two, which is fine... but I can't swing 11.50 for three 12oz, least expensive drinks on the menu. It's all fine. I guess I shouldn't have gone through in this economy ? I just want to help local businesses. The worst part of the whole thing was that my coffee had no cream added after asking for it. The brewed coffee wasn't what I am accustomed to, so it's just as well. Maybe I am just hoping for more as a stay at home mom who rarely treats herself. I tip a dollar per drink, too, so I may just have to keep up my French press at home. I could have done a lot with that $14.50

We went to the 3rd St W location after cruising around the university area. The drive-through was awkward to access, but the customer service was friendly & quick and the coffee was GRRRRREAT! We would definitely stop again.

Good options to fill your caffeine addiction and then some without smoothie options... usually not a big fan of hazelnut syrup flavored coffees, but tried some my daughter ordered, and it was delicious, not overly sweet or overwhelming... had to order one for myself as well

WORST COFFEE EVER me and my mom couldn't even stomach our coffee and ended up throwing them in the garbage. I can always tell by the color of my coffee if it's going to be good or not and I couldn't of been more right. My mom asked for cream and she didn't put any in, just changed the lid! My shots were burnt and it didn't even slightly taste like a caramel latte, we ended up going to Starbucks to redeem ourselves since it was my birthday, the girl there seemed incompetent too and had us repeat the drinks back twice, and still messed them up! The sad part was it wasn't even busy, don't waste your $$ here like we did!

Sat for 45 mins with only 2 cars in front of me!!! Basically my entire 60 min lunch. She explained shes the only one there, that her coworker called in. You could tell how frustrating it was for her. She was understandably short. Where were the managers?? That's what management is supposed to help with!
